We are seeking an individual that encompasses our company values with the ability to effectively manage our full-cycle recruiting process placing a strong emphasis on delivering a positive experience for each candidate.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for vacant positions throughout the US and Canada with a primary focus on warehouse and outside sales roles;Source and interview candidates to evaluate fit with company values and knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position;Coordinate and schedule in person and virtual interviews with hiring manager and interview team;Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to ensure consistent recruiting, selection, and hiring processes;Drive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruiting process;Maintain applicant tracking system (Paylocity) to ensure accurate and timely disposition of candidates and up-to-date information for all positions;Assist with development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract high quality active and passive candidate pipelines;Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in talent management and make suggestions for improvements as necessary;Utilize social media platforms and job boards for lead generation and candidate sourcing;Cultivate positive employment brand presence on various job boards;Maintain ongoing and monthly reporting on key recruiting metrics; provide monthly reports to HR Manager;Facilitate employment offer process including background checks; evaluate results and investigate issues to secure final verification prior to onboarding;Maintain knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process; andAssist with special projects and perform other duties as required.
