Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Acknowledge & resolve emerging problems Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts Communicate with customers through various channels Process orders Coordinate with colleagues to best determine procedures BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2
years of Customer Service or Accounting experience.
Microsoft Office proficient Must be detail oriented.
