This position combines aspects of the roles of administrative assistants, customer service and operations support in order to perform the duties.
The general role is to help ensure the operations are efficient by completing the assigned tasks as effectively as possible.
Responsibilities:
Provide coaching and guidance to clients through chat, email and or audio.
Write emails to executives or clients.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and keeping track of billing and payments.
Help monitor and track clients' progress, providing feedback and making adjustments to their goals Respond promptly to clients' inquiries and concerns, offering support and motivation to help them stay on track.
Help promote and market our online services through social media and other online platforms.
Providing feedback and insight regularly on the effectiveness of policies and processes within the services Other Duties Requirements:
